Virtual Security Guard in ATM Centre

Protecting widespread and unmanned ATM centres has never been difficult. The HSBC Group has employed TeleEye as a virtual security guard to increase the degree of security in its widespread and unmanned ATM centres across Sri Lanka. The HSBC Group has completed the installation containing 7 units of 4 channels TeleEye Video Recording Server with built-in hard disk at 7 different ATM centres.

With the deployment of TeleEye Video Recording Server and multi-site monitoring software, the Security Division of the HSBC headquarters can monitor every transaction in the ATM centres simultaneously through CCTV camera. With the built-in hard disk, the TeleEye Video Recording Server can store recorded video of all transactions for up to three months. With its powerful remote accessibility, managers of the Security Division can monitor the ATM centres and retrieve recorded video by searching in terms of event, date or time without actually being there. This can save the bank's operating and administration cost in the long run.

TeleEye has secured a very strong position in remote video surveillance and management of ATM centre. The Group has also confirmed a large number of installations from the Bank of Communications in China and American Express in the Sri Lanka.
